Our support workers are vital to the success and happiness of our service users by facilitating and supporting individuals to access our sessions, activities and workshops. As part of a team, you will provide individuals with high quality support and care, in line with FTM Dance values to ensure they have the best experience when with us. As a support worker, you will provide 1:1 care for individuals, encouraging them to engage in the sessions, activities or workshops planned for the day. This could be supporting in a dance sessions, doing arts and crafts or some sensory time. As well as taking part in our sessions you will also be expected to support the individual with any personal or health related care needs they may have, for which you will receive full training and support from our management team. This is an extremely rewarding role, with a real sense of satisfaction. Support Assistant

As a support assistant, you will provide 1:1 care for individuals, encouraging them to engage in the sessions, activities or workshops planned for the day. This could be supporting in a dance sessions, doing arts and crafts or some sensory time.

As well as taking part in our sessions you will also be expected to support the individual with any personal or health related care needs they may have, for which you will receive full training and support from our management team.

Locations

Leicester (LE18) services operate 7 days a week.

Nottingham (NG5) services operate at weekends during term time and Monday – Friday during school holidays.
